PO on pohdiskellut jälleen korvatulppatilauksen tekemistä ja haluaisimmekin tiedustella, olisiko yhdistyksenne jäsenillä halua osallistua samaan tilaukseen? Ajattelimme tilata Orelon tulpat, jotka ovat ainakin ennen maksaneet n. 150-200e. Valu olisi Otaniemessä todennäköisesti jonain maanantai-iltana, koska PO:lla on silloin harjoitukset.
Tulpathan toimitetaan laskun kanssa suoraan tilanneille, joten yhdistykselle tästä ei tule muuta vaivaa kuin alustavan innostuksen kysely tässä vaiheessa ja ilmoituslinkin toimitus sitten kun sen aika on. Alustavan innostuksen pohjalta kysytään Orelolta, tulevatko he Otaniemeen sen kokoista porukkaa valamaan ja paljonko tulpat tulevat maksamaan. Sitova ilmoittautuminen täydellisine spekseineen tulee siis vasta myöhemmin.

The PO has been thinking again about ordering earplugs and we would like to know if members of your association would like to participate in the same order? We are thinking of ordering Orelon plugs, which at least in the past have cost around 150-200e. The casting would probably be in Otaniemi on a Monday evening, as the PO has a training session.
The plugs will be delivered with the invoice directly to the subscribers, so there will be no trouble for the association other than an initial enthusiasm survey at this stage and delivery of the notification link when the time comes. Based on the initial enthusiasm, Orelo will be asked if they will come to Otaniemi to cast a crowd of that size and how much the plugs will cost. Binding registration with full specs will therefore come later.
I would ask for an answer within a week, i.e. by Wed 18 Oct.
